Have you noticed a rising theme on the blog?

We’re building up to something big… The Sweat Inspire Sisterhood Rise + Grind 30-Day series kicks off next Saturday, April 1. (No kidding!) It’s part of a larger goal to emphasize the importance of overall health, not just fitness. We’re getting intentional about really living our days by establishing enriching, healthy habits.

30 Days has April… and in each of those days we are comitting to 30 minutes of movement AND 30 minutes of gratitude.

What counts as 30 minutes of movement?

Um, anything really. Sign up includes a month of SIS membership: Access to our app with 1000+ workout library and daily live workouts! Getting some fresh air with a friend, hopping on a Peloton ride, or pickleball all count too. This month is about building healthy habits, so it’s all about finding movement that brings you joy. 

What counts as 30 minutes of gratitude?

It’s hard to measure happiness and contentment, you know? So we’re sticking habits you CAN measure which will hopefully increase your overall wellness. Journaling, meditation, and yoga practice are all great ideas. Your membership includes access to our Facebook community which is always full of ideas too. 

If you missed the big news on Instagram this week, I will have a little passenger along for the series. We’re expecting our little one in October! With that said, sleep mediations are TOTALLY going to count towards gratitude!

Prizes

So the prize is overall wellness and better habits, right? But I’ll sweeten the pot with a SIS tank, sports bra, and leggings or shorts for someone who completes the record-keeping form every day for 30 days.



Intentionality is such a big part of a healthy lifestyle which is why it is a focus for this series. For me, that means I prioritize my health every day. I know life is going to happen, but I also know a girl’s gotta eat! I can’t plan for everything that will come my way, but I can plan lunch.

For the days when you can’t even plan on a microwave, I put together prepped + packed lunch recipes. They are all delicious served cold, so throw an ice pack in your lunch box and face the day!
