Fall Athleisure Wear Outfits

This post drops on the second day of October, also known as the BEST month of the year. It is the perfect month for me to be resting, nesting, and waiting for baby girl to arrive.

I think October is the perfect time to be expecting.

First, it’s crockpot season. I’m expecting life to get a whole lot more full so I will be prepping (or having help with) healthy fix-it-and-forget-it meals. (Fall Healthy Crockpot Recipes here)

It’s also cuddle up and be cozy season. I’m a lucky girl to have lived my whole pregnancy in athletic clothing which, especially in my first trimester, has doubled as cozy clothes. I haven’t hesitated to add new pieces to my wardrobe because I know they’ll be great for relaxing OR exercising. The technical fabrics are gentle on my baby bump and will continue to fit as my body adjusts to having baby earth side.

New mom or not, it’s always fun to update your workout wardrobe with some new seasonal pieces. I put together a list of my favorites to share.

I linked up some leggings and biker shorts, of course, but love joggers for being a little more loose.

These joggers from One Loved Babe are 100% nylon for the windbreaker swish we loved back in the day. I will no longer be rolling my waistband down several times and instead appreciate the high waist of this new style.

I love a good Amazon deal and these joggers have nearly 30,000 reviews. I chose olive green but there are tons of colors to choose from if you like something brighter.

These days most of my workouts are indoors, but I still like a good sweatshirt to layer up for wearing the rest of the day. This Target find is just right. It’s baggy enough to be cozy but not too much to be frumpy. The gold detail on the zipper is the perfect finish.

Hands-down, my favorite fall clothing purchase is my new Sweat Inspire Sisterhood beanie. I like hats just because. But they are also great for covering up workout hair or tired mom hair!
