My $100 Aldi Cart

Girl, if you are not grocery shopping at Aldi yet WHAT!

Hey I’m all about investing in your health with high quality, clean food and a fabulous fit community (ahem, a Sweat Inspire Sisterhood Membership anyone?) but WHY are you paying MORE for the exact same products?

I’ve professed my Aldi love in a post before (catch that here) but this week I’m back to share my $100 grocery cart.

Yes. $100. Grocery. Cart.

Make that $100.25 if you share your cart quarter! Ha!

Did you know the United State Department of Agriculture tracks the average weekly cost of food across the country? You can check out their reports here. There’s lots of interesting information but I’ll summarize with this:

Grocery costs are only going up, ladies.

I put together a whole cart of fabulous food for less than $100. It’s sorted by macronutrient category so you can be sure to get a good variety.

Don’t worry, there is chocolate. And peanut butter. And plenty of delicious food to get your family through at least a week of healthy meals.
