If you’re anything like me then you probably get the travel bug during this time of year.

During the winter months, with all that cold and snow, I’m dying to go on a vacation to somewhere warm where I can relax and unwind. In the past year, I’ve been fortunate enough to go on several trips to the warmer states (like with my real-life SIS Brit on our annual “Chase the Sun” trip this month!)

…and I’m here to tell you - girl, you need to go too! Book that flight, schedule that hotel stay, and enjoy a little break from your routine!

The perfect addition to make sure you pack in your travel bag when you go? It’s not just packing cubes or your newest sundress, but a SIS workout of course!

Moving your body on vacation is such a good feeling when you’re spending most of your time relaxing with a book or Netflix on the beach.

This week I’m sharing one of my favorite quick and efficient workouts that you can do anytime, anywhere. This 10-minute workout includes two circuits with a mix of cardio and strength. This workout even includes everyone’s favorite move: burpees!

Burpees are the best way to get your heart rate up and working hard in seconds so you get maximum results in minimal time. Take this workout to the hotel gym, your balcony, or the beach, and break a sweat in just 10 minutes!
