Ok, Sis, are you ready to get your sweat on? I’m coming at you this week with a mega-burner of a workout that is going to be SO worth it!

As we near the fall and winter months, we lose the hot sun and all the goodness that Vitamin D gives us, so it’s important to keep working on ourselves to stay mentally and physically healthy. And what’s better for your overall health than a good playlist and a sweat sesh?!

To motivate myself to start a workout is I need to get the volume UP on a good playlist (check out past blogs for some of my favorite playlists that you can add to your own library for free!). When I have my music bumpin’ then I can feel myself get in the zone and get my body moving.
