Do you hate how much people love pumpkin spice? Well, I can’t help you there. The Sweat Inspire Sisterhood is all about supporting each other. There’s no space for people who want to yuck someone else’s yum.

Our community is made up of women with all sorts of responsibilities, but we are all busy in our own way. It is hard to keep our nutrition at the forefront with all that we are juggling. That’s why every season I share a new freebie for enjoying meals (or treats) away from home.

For a morning caffeine buzz or afternoon pick-me-up, order one of the ten drink ideas I put together for this week.

Back home in Iowa it already feels like fall and warm drinks are where it’s at. I shared an order for a low-cal pumpkin spiced latte. If you’re looking for something a little different, how about a salted caramel pumpkin latte?

Ask for a grande americano with 2 shots espresso, substitute almond milk. Add 1 pump pumpkin, 1 pump caramel, and some literal pumpkin spice on top.

If it still feels like summer where you are, you can get a spicy cold drink too. I love a dirty chai latte and this iced pumpkin chai is a take on that.

Ask for a grande iced Americano with 2 shots espresso, 1 pump pumpkin, 1 pump chai, a splash of half-and-half, a packet of Splenda, and cinnamon powder.
