Low Calorie Summer Cocktail Recipes

Cheers, SIS! We made it to Independence Day weekend!

You knew I wouldn’t let the start of summer slide without a new drink menu, right?

I’m becoming a liiiitle bit predictable. (Dependable? I like dependable better.)

Girl, you can DEPEND on me for delicious drinks that won’t knock off your health goals.

This Spring I shared:

Let’s mix things up now that summer is truly here.

By that I mean “mix” as in “mix a cocktail” not like “mix up our routine” because clearly there’s a theme going on!

Real talk. Lifetime wellness is a lifetime journey. We’re making changes that we can stick with for a LIFETIME. And before people join us on this journey, it’s normal to think of all of the things you can’t have. Of all of the things you can’t enjoy anymore. So they never start!

So, yeah. I’ve got the workout routines, I’ve got the meal plans. But I think what a lot of plans and programs are missing are things like this. Cocktail recipes! Desserts! Because no one wants to go a lifetime without treats. But no one can afford to go a lifetime without valuing their health.

You. Can. Have. Both.

But let’s just try one of these drinks at a time, okay? Ha!

My printable this week is loaded with eight beautiful recipes and you can grab it with the link at the bottom of this post. But I’m going to go ahead and drop this sweet sangria recipe right here. All of the recipes serve one, but this one is easy to scale up. It would look so pretty in a glass carafe to serve guests this weekend. And you can totally change the fruit. How cute would BLUEberries be with RED wine this weekend?
