10 Exercises to Tone Your Arms

It’s tank top SZN Sisters! This week I’m bringing you the hands down BEST exercises to tone your arms and get them ready to show with any outfit.

 

I live for a good bootylicious day, but it’s equally as important to alternate workouts that focus on the upper body too.  When you work on your upper body, you can improve posture and strengthen your core. Upper body strength benefits your everyday life too, especially when hunched over at desk for all-day (like me - for real) or a mama hauling kiddos around in your arms!

When strength training, it’s all about quality, not quantity.

I have stressed this in every workout of our Sweat Inspire Sisterhood Summer Series Strength Program. During each set in your arm-toning exercises, be sure to execute slow, deliberate motions to truly challenge yourself. As your reps begin to feel “easy,” you can up your game by increasing weights and challenge your muscles to grow and get stronger.

However, it is essential to focus on proper form to get the best results and reduce your risk of injury.
