How do I decide which program to choose: the monthly program or the Drop10 program?

A: If you’re someone who lives a busy life and wants to workout in the comfort of your own living room at the time that works best for you and if you already have some basic knowledge of fitness & nutrition, then the monthly program is perfect for you. You’ll receive a daily workout video, access to a motivational FB group page, and weekly meal plans. However, if you’re someone who is new to fitness, just getting started again, or if you’ve hit a plateau on your weight-loss journey, then the Drop10 Program is the one to choose. This program is limited to 20 participants so that each participant can receive more personal attention. Every week participants are required to re-measure and take progress photos and also complete FIVE weekly workout videos. Every day participants are required to log their nutrition, post it to the group’s private Facebook page so that Coach can look it over. Participants can post questions and concerns throughout the program to the group page, and every week there is a LIVE Q&A session on the group page. Some of the topics that are discussed during the Drop10 Program are: How to figure out the best calorie range for weight-loss, how to set up & use your MyFitnessPal account, how to track your macros, how to read a food label, and so much more. You’ll learn how to develop healthier habits so that you can drop 10 pounds in 5 weeks and then keep it off after the 5-week program is over. You’ll still receive weekly meal plans and workout videos, but you’ll receive more one-on-one attention with the Drop10 Program versus the Monthly Program.

How does the monthly program work?

A: You can sign up for 1-month for $31 or you can subscribe to the autopay option for $25 each month (saves you 20%). Your subscription starts whenever you sign up…so if you sign up on the 15th of the month, it will expire on the 15th of the next month (if you choose to only do 1-month). With the autopay option, you do not need to log in and renew each month, it saves the hassle for you and renews automatically for just $25 each month. As soon as your payment goes through, you will receive the welcome email with instructions. Each day of that month you will receive an email with two YouTube links to the daily workouts. You can choose the first option (express) for a 30-minute sweat session when you’re in a hurry OR you can select the second option for the full 50-minute workout. Videos can be played on your computer, phone, tablet, or you can stream them to your smart TV. All you need for the workouts are dumbbells, a chair or stepper, and a yoga mat. You can press pause at any time if you need to take a break. Links to the work out videos are available for the whole month, but will expire when the new month starts.

How will I receive the workouts & meal plans?

A: Work outs will be emailed daily to your inbox and they will also be posted to the monthly Facebook group. Grocery lists and meal plans will be emailed weekly to the email address you provided during registration.

What equipment do I need for the workouts?

A: All you need for the workouts are a set of dumbbells (two sets are suggested- one heavy and one light) and a yoga mat. For some of the workout videos you will need a step stool or a chair.

How do I take progress photos and why are these important? (required in the Drop10 Program only. suggested in the monthly program)

A: The best way to see your body’s changes is to document the process with photos and measurements. These are not required for the monthly program, but they are helpful since it may be hard to visually notice the day-to-day or week-to- week changes you are experiencing. It’s best to take your progress photos in a sports bra and workout shorts OR a swim suit so that you can see the toning take place. Take your photos on the same day and around the same time each week so you can be sure that your results are accurate. Take a forward facing photo, a side profile, and a backside photo if possible. For measurements, I recommend purchasing a measuring tape from a craft store (like Michael's Craft Store or Jo-Ann Fabric) or you can also find this at Walmart or Target in the craft section. Measure the circumference of your neck, bust, natural waist, across your belly button, hips, thigh, calf, and arm, and document these changes on a spreadsheet or piece of paper so you can see the inches you’ve lost and the progress you’ve made.

How do I view the workouts??

A: Click the link in the daily email or in the daily posts on our Facebook group page and it will take you right to the daily YouTube video. You can then stream this video to your smart TV if you’d like!

Can I press pause during the workout?

A: Yes! Stop and take a break or an extra stretch whenever you need to! These workouts are fully customizable to YOUR fitness level and to YOUR schedule, so press pause and then resume again when you are ready.

Can I go back and do the workout again during the month?

A: Yes! You will have access to the links for the entire month. But on the first day of a new month, the links change and you will no longer be able to access the previous month's videos.
